What the tenant can do

• Use AI chat — ask natural-language questions about clauses, dates, or rent details.

• Download the abstract PDF — handy for accountants, legal counsel, or any other external stakeholder.

They cannot: upload files, edit metrics, archive anything, or navigate to other tenants or assets.
